To highlight the people who make up Earthworm, Julien Troussier — our HR Director — talks to our staff to give listeners a peek into who they are and what they do. Through this podcast series, we want to show how their unique personalities are linked to our work.

In episode 5, Julien speaks with Eva Cahill, client manager in the UK, about her work in supply chains and sustainability.

Eva's experience has taken her from the environmental protection to corporate sectors — at both the field and policy level.

"I started with Earthworm when the UK went into its first lockdown." she said. "What's surprised me is people's resilience. Because it's been tough to sit at your desk and complete work plans or engage farmers without travelling."

Her hope in the near future is to get back out into the field.

"I'd like to go and meet the people I talk to virtually everyday," she said.
