As of the 26th November 2025, the partnership between Socfin and Earthworm Foundation has come to an end

This is a mutual decision. Our collaboration began in 2016 and evolved into a formal membership in April 2017, when Socfin introduced its Responsible Management Policy.

Through the partnership, we at Earthworm have seen Socfin take important steps forward, including increasing transparency around key sustainability challenges and publishing regular progress updates. Over the years, our teams have worked together across multiple countries and operational contexts. We would like to acknowledge the efforts of these individuals, including field teams, technical experts, and community facilitators, whose work has supported the progress made.

As Socfin’s membership with Earthworm Foundation comes to a close, we encourage stakeholders to seek updates directly from Socfin, both in terms of the progress against their action plans and the ongoing implementation of their Responsible Management Policy.
