Your Role

As the Junior System Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for: 

• Gathering user feedback related to Salesforce and delivering prioritized UX recommendations to enhance usability and experience
• Conducting comprehensive audits and providing clear user guidance to ensure the proper usage of Salesforce
• Actively participating in data cleaning to improve system accuracy
• Providing efficient technical support as the first level of assistance for staff with technical issues
• Acting as a point of contact for guidance on Salesforce processes and assist end-users with reporting tasks
• Assisting with regular system updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability

• Maintain and update system documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

   

Working Conditions

• Education: Degree in data science or relevant subject (information/network systems)
• Language(s): Local language & English 
• Employment: Open-ended
• Location: Europe Region (Remote)- UK, Spain or France 

•  Experience: 0-3 years' experience

You’ll play a key role in ensuring data accuracy through hands-on data cleaning, making a real difference in the system’s effectiveness Over time, the role will evolve to be more independent, with you managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. We also need you to be adaptable, willing to support the operations in Spain by taking on administrative tasks when needed.
