Your Role
As the Office Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for financial management, human resources and office administration. In close coordination with the Mexico country representative, LATAM, and Global Finance/HR teams:
Manage Expenses and ensure adequate funds are available for operations. Expenses filed timely and reconciled appropriately. Inclusive management of cash advances, petty cash management, disbursement of claims and staff benefits on a timely manner. Ensure follow-up and implementation of actions with various teams.
Ensure proper budget tracking.
Manage accounting and reporting required by Mexican law, including payroll, local taxes, and reports for the Mexican authorities: SAT, INDESOL, etc.
Support in legal affairs by liaising with legal teams on contractual matters, ensuring proper filing of all contracts, NDAs and compliance with government entities
Manage the personnel roster and comply with Mexican laws and EF policies.
Support with recruitment, selection, and on-boarding of staff.
Act as the Mexico HR representative and contribute to the HR strategy for LATAM in coordination with the Global HR team and with the HR managers of the other countries in the region.
Your Profile
Your expertise in Accounting and Finance principles, Administration, Human Resources, Compliance, analysis, and budgeting in the non-profit sector is required and will make you an asset to a team.
You are one that will prioritize transparency, honesty, and compliance with regulations and organizational policies to maintain trust and credibility. Someone that ensures the integrity of financial information and compliance with reporting standards.
Collaboration with colleagues from various departments and geographies is essential to achieve common goals and solve complex problems. You are able to communicate with colleagues from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds.
Experience in Human Resources, be it recruitment, payroll processing, training and development, compensation & benefits would be an advantage.
